In our region, nature is rich and enriching. There is no shortage of activities!

Hiking, trail, cycling, mountain biking:

The routes are many and varied. You will therefore find circuits for everyone's level, from a 1 hour walk to a day trip. We have a large number of itineraries to recommend to you, which you can add to if necessary at the Tourist Offices, which constantly list new ones.

Electric bike rental:

Everything is provided at La Ferme Parrinet to "park" your bike if you bring it with you. But if you don't have your own bike, don't deprive yourself of a nice bike ride. At your request, we can take care of reserving it for you or provide you with the contact details of a local service provider.

Outdoor Bases:

Nature is so spectacular and extraordinary that there are many outdoor bases around the Farm.

In St-Antonin-Noble-Val: Variation Sports Nature offers a wide range of activities to practice with family, friends or in groups: Canoe , kayak and paddle rental, via ferrata equipment rental, acrobatic course in the trees , mountain bike, VTC and tandem rental , archery tag, archery … These nature sports can be practiced freely for the most part, or supervised by qualified instructors.

In Najac: Founded in May 1975, the AAGAC (Association pour l'Animation des Gorges de l'Aveyron et de ses Causses) has developed many activities in recent years, onits wilderness site located at the foot of the medieval village of Najac. Thus, from April to the end of October, the association offers a real tourist offer for days, but also weekends and holidays for all types of public: canoeing, adventure park, bicycles, caving, outdoor laser, via ferrata , ULM flight … and many other things!

Walk with a donkey:

Go alone or accompanied, you walk around Cordes-sur-ciel with one or 2 well-educated donkeys. It will not be with our donkeys, Tit'âne and the Odin donkey, which are too naughty, but it will allow you to discover the surroundings of Cordes. What better way to take a leisurely walk following the footsteps of the donkey to discover the landscapes of Cordes and complete your visit to the city.
